This dryer is perfect for a family home, small B&B, etc that has 11m of drying space when opened taking a 7Kg load of washing. It stands 1m wide by 0.9m deep by1.5m high when opened and closes to 1m wide by 8cm deep by 1.5 m high allowing for easy packing away.
It is designed for Cape weather conditions so it is made from rust free material and is very sturdy when the feet are opened 90cm wide. The two sides are made of square tube aluminium forming the stand with round tube aluminium bars forming the hanging space.
The bars are bolted to the sides with stainless steel bolts which are screwed into the bars that are threaded to receive the bolts and fastened into place with locktite so that it doesn’t come apart. This makes them sturdy to move even with a full load of washing on them. The bars are designed so that a standard peg can fit onto them, but being wider than normal twine it doesn’t leave a crease mark.
