Refund and Returns Policy

At Dry-More, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, innovative drying solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. All Dry-More airers are crafted for durability and designed to offer long-lasting performance. We ensure that each product leaves our facility in excellent condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately (within 7 calendar days of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return due to change of mind:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

    • Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.

    • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and cover all associated shipping costs for the return of the incorrect item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to admin@dry-more.co.za or call us at +27 71 412 1412.

  2. Provide Details: In your email or call, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, change of mind, incorrect item).

    • For damaged or defective items, attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization from Dry-More.

4. Packaging Your Return

  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.

  • Attach any return labels provided by Dry-More.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@dry-more.co.za.

6. Exchanges

We generally process returns for refunds and ask you to place a new order if you wish to exchange for a different product. If you have received a defective or incorrect item and require a direct exchange for the same product, please indicate this when contacting us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used (unless defective).

  • Items not in their original packaging or missing parts that are not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (for change of mind).

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Dry-More will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending out a replacement or processing a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Warranty

Our products come with a [mention your warranty period, e.g., 1-year, 5-year] warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers faulty materials or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
