This lightweight telescopic Aluminium rust -free AirFrame is specifically designed for camping be it in a camper, caravan, trailer or 4×4.  It can also be used for student accommodation where space is an issue, as it telescopically folds from 1m long to 0.62m long and has detachable legs so that it folds away into a 0.62 x 0.72m bag with the legs in a side compartment so allows for easy storage and portability and can be stored in the smallest of spaces. When opened to full size with the legs on it has 8.2m of drying rack taking a six Kg load of washing. 

It is designed for Cape weather conditions and costal towns so it is made from rust-free material and is very sturdy when the feet are opened 90cm wide. The two sides are made of square tube aluminium forming the stand with round tube aluminium bars forming the hanging space. The aluminium grade is the same as that used in window frames ensuring a rustproof solution.

The aluminium, rust-proof bars, are bolted to the sides with stainless steel bolts which are screwed into the bars that are threaded to receive the bolts and fastened into place with locktite so that it doesn’t come apart. This makes them sturdy to move even with a full load of washing on them. This further ensures that they are rust-proof and with a 5 year warrantee we are confident that our AirFrame’s will be around for many years to come.

The aluminium bars are designed so that a standard peg can fit onto them but being wider than normal twine it doesn’t leave a crease mark. There is a single bar with a clutch to hold the unit open with the bars being made of two different size round tubes, with the smaller tube fitting into the larger tube to allow the unit to telescopically be enlarged and reduced in size.

They are sturdy, yet lightweight making them portable even with a full six kg load of washing on them.
